As mentioned by me in "that thread" (actually your link is not to a thread but to one individual post of that thread!) I don't think this message is likely to be cancelled. However, sofar none of our translations is used. What's more, seemingly at present (tested v. 251.1022) only the 2nd sentence is still shown. Without the first sentence the word "it" is rather odd. (See this thread.)

Edit BSPeter 08 March 2010: translations are used from v. 2.5.2.1025beta.
