Default Dutch languagefile for Beta 2.54.1037 (201006171041)
Dutch languagefile for version/build - Nederlands taalbestand voor versie/codeset:
2.54.1037ß
(Note: lang_changes.txt omits to mention that the added lines are for [WID17];
I also added another line to 136H: "Doesn't work if the option 'Transparent background' is selected")

Edit: no changes for 1038 beta build
