Are you sure you logged in to your user area? Maybe read this thread: How can i update? After login the most left choice in the light blue bar is "Download/Upgrade BS.Player"

I've purchased BSPlayer pro too since last week, but received no download link. Should I ask for refund? great app with bad support! |

To send a pm:click on User CP (most left in the light blue bar in the forum), scroll down to Private Messages and select Send New Message.
