Default Bsplayer not open files whose names contain the Greek alphabet

Bsplayer not open files whose names contain the Greek alphabet.
Bsplayer 2.65, and tried the old 1.8, the same thing, says "closed"
If the file name in Greek (Οι καμπαρετζούδε, German or Danish with their symbols, Bsplayer they can not open. If the file is renamed to 123 or call in Russian, it loses.

Other players lose, such as KLM player, Media Player Classic

For example: the name of the movie Διπλή Ηδνή Στα Καίνια.avi - does not open, and if you rename a 12345.avi - loses.

I do not have, does not open in BSPlayere. Renamed even 2 letters Στ.avi

In Media Player Classic - open.

Put on the net for fun drive Windows 7 Professional (x64) - DVD (Russian) (ru_windows_7_professional_x64_dvd_x15-65835.iso)

Put bsplayer pro 2.66.1075 and the same, files named Exzesse In der Schönheitsfarm.avi and Διπλή Ηδνή Στα Καίνια.avi not open.
Writes - closed.

- - - - - -

Installed windows 7 ultimate and bsplayer266.1075.exe
Also does not open the file Ηδνή Στα Καίνια.avi

I get the same problem while playing media with Russian file name. Haven't noticed it in earlier versions. I have to rename all folder names and file names to English to watch with Bsplayer 2.67 FREE. This is annoying. Other players installed in my system have no such problem. Please fix it if possible. Thanks.
