Default Which formats does BSPlayer (free version) support?

I have some AVI movies which I want to convert to a format that BSPlayer reads. Prism allows me to convert to avi, wmv, asf, mpg, 3gp, mp4, mov and flv. Whcih one of these is a format that PSPlayer can handle?

Any help is appreciated.

Saw that, but I thought it would maybe be for the paid version only. Because when I try to play the AVI's, I get this message: Overlay is not compatible with Aero. Switching to EVR renderer. You can still switch manually to overlay rendering (under Options -> Preferences -> Video - > Video rendering tab). Then nothing happens.

Now I tried opening the AVI from BS (instead right clicking the AVI and choose Open with BSPlayer) and that works.

Thanks.
