Registration screen pops up after product registration

It appears that I have the same problem with another guy ([SOLVED] Registration problem will NOT go away.). Purchased, installed and registered bspayer pro 2.34.980 successfully. Every time I start the program the registration screen keeps popping up. UAC disabled. Unable to use the program. Contacted support and wait for info. Just wanted to know, does anybody else have the same problem, or it happens only to me?

Have you installed the settings file into UserFolder area or in BSplayer installation dir?
Already tried to start BSplayer as administrator (right-click on bsplayer shortcut and then choose Run as administrator)?

If you still have problems, uninstall BSplayer, delete BSplayer dir and the settings folder (START -> Run... -> type "%AppData%" and press OK -> Delete BSplayerPro forlder), then reinstall BSplayer by starting the installer as administrator (right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator)

Could be a number of reasons:

- using guest account (or other account without admin rights); login as admin and try to register BS.Player, also try right clicking on installation file and Run as administrator, like suggested by Tizio
- your account doesn't have rights to write in Documents and settings folder; acquire these rights from admin/owner of the computer
- you misspelled the registration key (its quite long); use ctrl+c to copy regkey from license email (withous spaces at the beggining or the end) and ctrl+v in Registration window to paste it correctly
- installation file might be corrupted; trey redownloading and reinstalling PRO from User area.

Gentlemen, I followed your advise but still no success. However, I changed the assosiations in Windows Control Panel setting BSplayer as default program (all of its defaults). Miraculously, it seems to work now! I will use the program for some time and post again to inform you if improvement is permanent.. Thank you for your quick responses!
