Default Subtitles in LAN mode

Hello there,

BS.Player seems to be best choice for me so far, although I'm not sure is it supporting the feature I require.

I have LAN resource, where my movies are, let's say 192.168.1.1/Movies.
So I can see files there and that's great.
What is more, I can play them.
But subtitles from remote location (LAN mode) aren't loaded.
Is it supported?
If so, could they have .txt extension?

I have now Asus Transformer Prime. Is there hardware support of it, since one MKV file was extremely lagging.

Best regards,

Default

Txt subs will be auto loaded in next builds. BSPlayer does try to load subs from video folder, but if the filename is too different, it will not load them. Buletproof solution atm is to rename subs to video name.sub/srt/...

Also option to manually load subtitles from LAN will be implemented in the future.

Default Same problem

I'm using Synology system.
The BSPlayer access well to the folder and reproduces the video. But the subtitles, even being into same address where the video is, cannot be "seen" by the BSPlayer and are not shown.

(of course, when video and subtitltes are in same directory in "local" mode - this is USB HDD - everything is fine)

What is more...if I go to "search for online subtitles"...nothing happens.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE NAME OF THE SUBTITLES FILE.

There is any provisional solution for this situation, waiting for an update?

BSPlayer running on an Android based TVBox.
