Default Date / Time at bottom of MTS video

Hi,

All of a sudden, I am getting a Date/Time "Subtitle" showing up when I play my MTS videos. How can I turn this off?

MKV videos pay fine, without this.

Galaxy Tab2, Android

Perhaps try
menu > Preferences > General Preferences > OSD options [...]
remove ticks in boxes for Date and Time

OK - found it.

"Disable all Subtitles" in Preferences makes it go away..

Hmm... strange.
Were those "subtitles" showing the actual date and time?
And another thing: "Disable all Subtitles" ... I don't have that option!
So ... even more strange.
