Default Local Subtitles message

I've found 2 possible bugs.

1st bug:
If you play a video file using an ini file with no [subtitles] section inside, BSplayer cannot find and open the local subtitles which have the same name as the video.

2nd bug:
If you play a video file using an ini file with [subtitles] section inside, BSplayer finds and opens the local subtitles BUT the error message which says that there are no local subtitles, still appears!
