Exclamation Pixelation

Hi
I have installed the latest BS Pro player but appear to be having playback problems. When I installed this I took the option to download the codecs it suggested. I started the player and now whenever I want to watch either a H264 or MKV or BlueRay movie which I have downloaded it just pixelates on playback. Anybody have any good advise on how to stop this.

Thanks in advance

Mark
