embeded subtitles in mkv doesn't show

i have some mkv files witch included subtitles but BSPlayer doesn't show it
why ?? how can fix it ?

And those subtitles are text based or picture based (SUB/IDX) ?
If second, do you have vsfilter installed ? It's activated in subtitles options ?

bsplayer doesn't show no one
media player clasic show all three

As far as I know, BSPlayer have no support for PGS subtitles.
