I was first using v.805, bsplayer played a .VOB file perfectly fine. I closed it, and then the second time I tried it, I get a black screen with the message written "bsplayer v.1.00.808 free for non-commercial use play". The audio is still there, but no picture. I upgraded to v.808, and still the same thing. I tried other file types and still the same thing. I'm using windows XP. Does anyone know what's wrong?

It appears as if something may have gone wrong with your MPEG2 decoder. Perhaps re-install one. Have a look at adicoto's codec page. ![]() Edited: just re-read your post and understand that you also have no picture with other files (AVI?). Perhaps try a different setting of Video rendering (under Options > Preferences > Video > Video rendering) and/or also update your DivX codec to 5.1.1. ![]()
