Default No subtitles in VMR-9?

I made a quick search in the forum and find nothing.
Do you know the subtitles don't appear when using VRM-9? :?:

In as far as I know BSPlayer's subtitles do indeed not show under VMR-9. (You'll have to use e.g. overlay mode 1 instead). Perhaps this feature will be added when bst has implemented renderless VMR-9 (at present still greyed out under BSPlayer's "Video rendering").

Do you need VMR-9 to play your movies?
Perhaps try the following "trick". Select VMR-9 and start up the movie. Then, while playing, switch to Overlay Mode 1. Does it do the trick for you?

Oh no! I even don't know exactly what is WMR-9!

I can have the subtitle in Overlay, no problem with that. (Except we lost the OSD transparency.)

That was only to know if you were aware of it, and if it will be added! 8)
Thx!

I don't understand why there is OSD info, and no subtitles in VMR9?
If it's possible to write OSD, it should be possible to write subtitles...:?: :o

But also note that the OSD font is much too big when VMR9 renderer is used, quite ugly. This might also need some fixing for the next release....

I guess your movie is in a poor resolution.
But I don't think it's related to VMR9. :?:
