False 'No Removable Media' Error

I was watching a movie (AVI) off of a CD-R, then I dragged in a WAV to listen to it.
After I was done with that, I dragged an AVI into it like I did with the WAV (the second AVI was also in the shared folder with the WAVs)
and it tried to read it from the CD and said it couldn't find the file in the ROM.
