Default movie size report not correct VMR9 scaling not correct

when I play a 1920x1088i movie (1080i) the info in the blue screen is not correct! (overlay mode). Also I have the impression that the actual pixels presented is much lower.

In VMR9 I can only see some part of the movie. Scaling is not correct.

alt3 tells me the following 1920x1088, Aspect: 4:3 (1451x1088)

I use a nvidia 6600gt card with Nvidia dvd decoder (mpeg2)

Any change that these items will be addressed in the future?

Default

found out what the problem is. Some setting interfering..

Nvidia mpeg2 codec: set to raw aspect and in bsplayer aspect set to 16:9.

So the trick was raw aspect in nvidia codec.

vmr9 renderless mode 1
