equalizer -add or change band, not working!

When you go and change this setting, then nothing changes!
it reamains as the default equalizer bands.

any ideas?

Also this issue was discussed few months ago, I (and adicoto) tested the band settings, and all works like a charm. No BSplayer faults at all.. I hope you are not using warez version.
