About the first issue, it has already been reported (it affects only few users) and it will be fixed with next release (v2.25) For the second issue you have, I'm almost certain it is caused by your drivers update. Remember that before you switch back to your previous drivers you better should delete all of previous driver tracks by using softwares like Driver Cleaner
