Default Unhandled exception at EIP: 73A116C6

I have BSPlayer Pro lite (latest) version. Now I can't play any video after few weeks. I get this message:

BSplayer v2.24.954, Unhandled exception at EIP: 73A116C6
....
Access violation at address 73A116C6 in module 'quartz.dll'. Write of address 73A116C6

I get the same message when I try to view list of filters in Filter Manager/Filter Manager (any filter is loaded - the list is empty)

I have tried uninstall/install Bsplayer, ffdshow, re-register quartz.dll ...

Thanks for your help!

I have trouble with Directshow filters in BSPlayer. There is no file associated with Avi Splitter filter. (On my other PC - Windows XP - there is Avi Splitter registred by quartz.dll). But I've tried to re-register quartz.dll for several times with "success" but nothing changed in BSPlayer.
Any other divx player plays video without any problem.
