Default [SOLVED] Cannot play WMV files (scrambled video)

For some reason, BSPlayer cannot show WMV files correctly. I only get to see images like this:

I have hundreds of WMV files that all get scrambled just like this.

All other media players (WMP, VLC, Global DivX), however, play these WMV files without any problems.

Do you have any advice on how this could be fixed?

I've seen a picture like this before, but I can't remember where/when
Have you tried to change rendering mode? And the codec used to render that video is? (with movie playing right-click on BSplayer window -> Options -> Filters -> Advanced)

Change rendering from default to VMR and back (rightclick -> options-> preferencies ->video -> go to rendering tab). Should solve the problem.

Thanks! Changing the rendering mode solved the problem. Changing it back to default causes the images to be scrambled again, however. Anyway, VMR seems to be okay.
