What type of subtitles?
Textual-based (.srt .ssa ....) or images-based (.idx .sub ...)?

Have you already read the FAQs linked in my signature (written by BSPeter)?

If you can't make them work, can you provide a sample of this subtitles so I or someone else can test them?

To be able to use the bulgarian language file (to be displayed correctly into the player skin) your windows installation must have the support for unicode for bulgarian language. To see the bulgarian sutitles, when opening a file with BSPlayer, go to subtitles->font and select asa script "cyrilic" and should do the trick.
