ML and Radio don't work for non Administrator/installer user

Hi

I installed BSplayer 3.24 PRO in my laptop. I did as "Administrator" user. After installing, BSplayer started up. I opened succesfully Melia Library panel as well as Radio panel...

But only the Administrator user can do. Other users in my laptop cannot.
They can play movies and audio files but cannot open ML nor Radio panels.

Did you notice this issue in your computer?

How can I fix?
