I have a blu-ray disc with complete structure (not mkv file). and in the menu i see OPEN DVD FROM FOLDER, but i can`t see OPEN BLU-RAY FROM FOLDER! Is there this feature for watching blu-ray discs in this player? ![]() |

I understand you've ripped an entire Blu-ray disk to your HDD (without protection). I don't think you can watch like you can a DVD (with the menues etc etc), but you could (depending on the compression format used) be able to watch the videofiles (...\STREAM\00000.m2ts 00001.m2ts etc.) which the DVD consists of (i.a. assuming that you allowed - upon installation - BS.Player to internally install the codecs/filters it needs, such as e.g. Haali). Also assuming you've got an adequate high end CPU and GPU. Just give it a try and let us know. ![]()

what a pity that bs doesn`t read blu disk like dvd with menus and other things! So i hope i future creators will do this feature! cause i like BS ![]() And of course i can watch separate files on STREAM directory! Anyway thanks for reply ![]() |

![]() You probably know that already but I tell it anyway: using playlist you can not only watch the separate files one by one, but also as a continuous (uninterrupted) movie. Play the next file in the same folder? Can't click on play (of DVD menu) In fact I think BS.Player automatically puts files with the same name (with the exception of a consecutive numbering) in the playlist. I personally sofar have never tested that for m2ts-files though, but it should work I think. If not you'll have to manually add them to playlist. ![]()

I have the same situation as TonKhaO: ripped an entire Blu-ray disk to HDD (Queen_Rock_Montreal). The folder \stream contains 9 files (00000.m2ts-00008.m2ts). Playing these files directly or through playlist results in audio only. In WMP I can watch the video, however there's no music, just talking. I also tried KMplayer: video, but no sound at all. How can I watch AND listen? |

Did you (upon its installation) allow BS.Player to "internally" install its preferred filters/codecs? When you play such file, what splitters/filters/codecs are used by BS.Player? How to find out? Well, with a file loaded: (rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced (clicking on the [+]-signs reveals further info and access) ![]()
