How to set BS to follow DAR instead of PAR Is there a way to set BSPlayer to play avi according to DAR instead of PAR? Means when WxH is wrong and picture distorted and stretched badly, then with MPEG4 Modifier can without reencoding fix Display ratio to normal, but not to fix WxH values. As a result MPC playes fixed video undistorted but with BSPLayer there still is no change, as BS obviously follows always only WxH values. The question is not of single avi, which one can set manually but short clips which occasionally look distorted. Of course best would be a software capable to change all aspect values without reencoding, but likely such doesn't exist. Tia |

Of course BS.Player supports change of aspect ratio (e.g.: [Shift]/[1]: original; [Shift]/[2]: 16:9 and [Shift]/[3]: 4:3) and in fact you can also add your own defined "Custom aspect ratios", but I don't think (unless I misunderstand your question) BS.Player presently offers an option to choose between display aspect ratio or pixel aspect ratio. Therefore moved your post to "Feature request and suggestions"-forum. I suppose you do know that BS.Player in fact supports any aspect ratio for playback (and e.g. that in window mode you can freely resize window)?
