You can't.
As for the machine....the best you can do is to install BSPlayer (like ver 0.86 ) and XviD. You will be able to see SOME videos.

Hey, I also had such a card once.
I would advise BSplayer 0.86 with DivX5.2.1 and AC3filter 0.70b
(All download-links are in my old help-to-help post. Especially read items 1, 5 and 8)
My old Help-to-Help post of September 2003 for version 0.86 (click here).

When posting always mention your computer's OS and the version and build number(!) of BS.Player as used by you,
as well as - if applicable and especially when encountering problems - the type(s) of the file(s) mentioned in your post.

BSPeter I love this card!; running with Amigamerlin 2.5SE

the computer is a Pentium PRO 200@233 Mhz, 256KB cache at full speed 233Mhz, 98MB of RAM, HD 10GB (5400rpm x 2MB buffer) Windows 2000 workstation SP4. Memory latency is the minimum that mobo can go.

I can see the movies, but sometimes, video loose synchronism with de audio track.

Guys, I almost play the videos well with BSP 1.37

The Divx 5.2.1 is the same thing that ffdshow ?

If I need to, what is the best (ie fastest) version of ffdshow ?

PS: remember: my processor is an 686, but non-mmx.
PS. Sorry my english.

If helps, I can put internal clock to 233@225, and FSB of 66@75 Mhz.

233 should do the trick. I recall some many years ago (I will search the forum if that post still exisits) running smooth with such a config with XviD 0.91 or 0.92 (was the best at that time like it was -and still is, DivX 3.11).

You may also try a 2004-version of ffdshow (alpha) filter or XviD-codec in stead of the DivX5.2.1-codec (the links in my post to the DivX5.2.1 codec still work). Unfortunately I have no link to an XviD codec of those days, but there is a link to the ffdshow-alpha-filter in my post as referred to, if you prefer that over the (non-bloated!) DivX 5.2.1.

P.S.:
Do NOT try later (bloated) DivX-versions (starting from 6.0).
I also don't think nowadays versions of ffdshow-filter would be advisable.

I don't think you can find a non-MMX based ffdshow in the last 3-4 years.
I will search my archives, maybe I will recover a 0,91 or 0.92 XviD version.
