How to reference bsp.h to a C# application?

My small application is C# and I would like to use bsp.h with my application is there a way I can add that to refernce and use the API in bsp.h.

I need to be able to use the API so I can perform the following

play a file (I have the file path)
or add to playlist
change the audio track if needed
