I'm not using Chapmaker, so I can't help you out of my own experience, but did you already have a look at the maker's = Matimott's website? (There should also be an English tutorial!) http://www.ifrance.com/kpage/

you can use chapterextractor. then you copy the Chapter list on both cds and you set [Chapter2] ... StartTime=the time when 2nd cd starts. I think that's it though. I haven't used 2 cd films since a while
