Default Differences from the 499 to the 500 or the 501
Actually im curious about why on the main page the last version shown its the 499 and in the download page u get the 500 and can upgrade to 501...only have found 2 difernces so far:

1) theres a dva broadband option

2) cant play movies in overlay mode 1 (at least in my comp).

Any one cares to explain?

Further differences probably concern repair of several bugs I could imagine.

The creator of BSPlayer, bst, is presently engaged in a total rewrite of BSPlayer and he has earlier announced that a version 1.0 is very close now, without indicating a precise date.
So I think - to be realistic - we should not expect too many new features in version 0.86 any more.

Thks to god hes making a 1.0...i was about to ask to free the code so all programers could fix/upgrade it ;)

Yeah and peoples will start re-branding the player to thier own name :roll:
Seen before, bunch of players using the same source with slight different skins...

Well, there are a lot of open source programs that are great, and they are great mostly because they are open source...

Have u heard of a program named virtualdubmod?? aint it good?
