Default BSplayer on windows 95?

Any chance there is a version of BSplayer that runs on windows 95?

If not, does anyone on this forum know how to get videos with reasonably new codecs to play on a windows 95 machine?

Thanks,
Tim

if you can install the divx codec you should get dovx player to work.
I haven't used 95 since 98 came out!! and I've been under Xp since it's out, so I'm really not sure, but it's worth trying.

Will to a large extent also depend on CPU and video-card I would think and mind you: you would also require DirectX (7 or higher); the latest version that Windows 95 can support is Direct X8.0a: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/r...eleaseID=27741 Note this link is only to be used for Win95! For later Windows-versions preferably use the latest DirectX version.
