BsPlayer won't open files

Hello,
I have a problem with BsPlayer
my BS ver. is 2.68 build 1077, 20 nov 2014..
when I try to open files the BSplayer will start but the file wont open, no messege or something.
some files do open, but I can't tell the diffrence, both mkv and avi sometimes open and sometimes dont
