it is a collection of C files :?

on doom9, there is also a dts filter. However, it is an .ax-file (avi2ac3dts.ax); never heard of it. Does anyone have an idea what to do with it?
That's a directshow filter for dts-in-avi. You must register it. Start > Run and type regsvr32 avi2ac3dts.ax. Also you must have a directshow filter capable of decoding dts, for instance, WinDVD's iviaudio.ax. Although, it is easier to use the latest RC versions of AC3filter by Valex, which is now able to decode DTS. Another option is Media Player Classic, which has a builtin DTS decoder, but we all like BSPlayer the better, right? ')
