is there a way of specifing the file you want open when you run bsplayer, i.e so i opens the player and starts playing it

something like?
"C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSPlayer\bsplayer.exe -c:\moive.avi"
(i know that bits wrong but can it do this sort of thing?)

Default

Yes it is supported.
Have a look at the document "cmdline.txt" in the folder "doc"of BSPlayer's installation folder.

(Further have a look at e.g. this post and this one)
