You can do that using a "bspfilters.dat" file in BSPlayers installation folder.
Actually a sample-file of how such bspfilters.dat - file may look like is already there. Just open the file "bspfilters.sam" in e.g. Notepad to see.
Perhaps also have a look at this post (in as far as it concerns bspfilters.dat -file).
