How do I turn off Repeat One? It's making me CRAZY

About a week ago, the words "Repeat One" appeard on my player skin, and since then it repeats every file immediately after playing. I've been through all the options I can find and haven't found a way to undo this. Does anyone know what this is, and what I can do to stop it?

Hoover with the mouse over "repeat one". Normal arrow will swich then to a pointing finger. Click then and cycle through
repeat one
repeat all
repeat none
random
and select the one you like the most (repeat none I presume)
