Default playlist play-error

on playing an playlist with bsplayer i encountered a strange error:
the files all play perfectly, if you load them clip by clip.
if i try to play them in a playlist, the player stops always after the first file and says something like
improper file format ()
i tryied this with like hundreds of clips, always the same..
anyone got an idea, or a suggestion?

thanks alot!!

And the files that give you this messagfe are the same that works when opened alone?
Extensions and codecs used for those files?

Are the corresponding extensions added to BSplayer list of associated extensions (CTRL+P -> File types)?

ja, they are the same.
lets say i have a 01.mpg and a 02.mpg
i can load and play them without any problems.
but if i add these files to a playlist it would play
01.mpg and then say the 02.mpg has an Unknkown file format().

i just discovered, that windows media player does the same...?!

Can you tell us which codecs does BSplayer use to decode your mpeg files?
To do this, in BSplayer right-click -> Options -> Filters -> Advanced.

If you can, try to install alternative codecs such as Elecard, BitCtrl or DeskShare (links to these in adicoto's list of codecs)
