make bsplayer the top window

Hi
I use BSPlayer as an external viewer in MediaPortal and when i click a movie sometimes BSP starts in the background and i can only hear the audio and have to alt+tab to get the window up.
Is there anything to make BSP's window pop up in front of all other programs and/or windows?

In Mediaportals setup page i have set the parameter to:
%filename% -fs -ar=16:9 -eend

Might have to get help in MP's forum, but i thought that i should try here first.

Edit: Also have a problem that the mouse cursor won't hide itself when doing this.

Could perhaps selecting "Always on top" do the trick?
