Problem with K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 1.62

I just installed K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 1.62. The problem is that I cannot change the brightness and saturation in the BS player. Can someone please help me?

As mentioned in lots of posts, in the FAQ and in my Help2Help-post (item (4)) we generally advise AGAINST the use of codec packs (expecially if they are the MEGA-ones). With respect to color-controls my Help2Help-post refers to this post. (What filter/codec is used for playback?)
