There is no download button.

I have purchased BSPlayer PRO, recieved the email and logged in.

The site says:

You can select following options from the left menu:

Logout - leave Login area and Logout

Get Bs.Player PRO - download latest version of BS.Player PRO

Upgrade - upgrade your version of BS.Player PRO to version 2.20

My BS.Skins - go to My BS.Skins section to post NEW skins or edit OLD ones

Change user data - change your password, personal data and e-mail

However the left menu contains only the buttons: Logout, My BS.Skins and Change user data. Also, the view doesn't include any other means to download BSPlayer PRO.

I am attaching a picture of how it looks.

How am I supposed to get what I payed for?

Purchased on Monday, problem reported, still no answer, terrible, I already paid my money and did not get a produt.

Please re-try to download BS.Player PROlite now.

seems the problem is back again, because i can't download BSplayer Pro either. tried 3 different browsers, no luck

Did you alreacy contact BS.Player-team (e.g. by clicking on the Contact us link as provided in Ico-man's post?

Also, this "problem" will appear when BS.Player license expires, so Download button will then be no longer visible.

After your 12 month license expires, you can not download never versions of BS.Player.

Returning users (users who already purchased BS.Player license in the past) receive special discount for license renewals (license for these users costs only 19,90€/year for PRO version)

We will implement a notification system for users of BS.Player, so they will be better informed of the license expiration.
