Codec used to encode the avi file? Use GSPot to know, and take also a look at BSPeter's Help2Help post a.k.a. "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING" :roll:

Maybe an unusual long filename? Any "special" characters? From where did you download BS.Player? Has it played on your PC before?  (Typical Italian name by the way :lol: )

If asked I would personally place the name Hansen somewhere in Skandinavia (e.g. Danmark) or in Germany.
