Since when does AC3Filter decode E-AC-3 aka AC3+ aka DD+?

Where can we download a test file ?
Because the codec can be found in here

The most popular solution to play E-AC3 so far is pirating some DLLs out of Sonic Scenarist. I feel zero need to for these "next-gen" formats ATM and don't know more.

"Sonic CinePlayer HD DVD Decoder Pack v.4.3.0"
was online when I last checked. This morning however the entire Rapidshare server is down. I can't test this pack because I don't have any movies with DD+.
