Default [SOLVED] No response from BS PLayer People what Gives

Guys from BSPlayer in SLOVENIA or wherever you are:
I sent you several emails and got NO RESPONSES? What gives?? You need to be more responsive to your customers dudes, otherwise you will loose your USA business!! I will repeat my issue here in public, maybe someone will hear it and respond:
I purchased BS Pro last year or so, recently my comp crashed and I lost all emails and info about my BSPro purchase. I am asking you here to RESEARCH my purchase under email: ivan912@centurytel.net PLEASE and send me a new license key so I can upgrade my "regular" free ver to BSPro. Thank you.
