Default Video reverts to 4:3 when playing

A few days ago I pressed some keys accidentally fumbling around and now whenever i play a vid or double click to enlarge the screen it pops into 4:3 instead of 16:9, even in a play list as it goes to the next show it pops back into 4:3.

Using 1.22
Video>AspectRatio>Original checked.

Thanks!

BSPeter is on a distinguished road

Under (rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Playlist
you can set default "Aspect"
On playlist itself you can set Aspect for each individual video
(respectively click on each file in the list to see).
Is "Keep aspect ratio" selected under rightclick > Video ?

OK, maybe let's try if a rough remedy does the trick.
Exit BSPlayer
(In e.g. Explorer) Browse to C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSplayer
(Note that is the default folder; you may have changed it at installation)
Now rename the file BSplayer.[yourname].xml to something different.
Restart BSPlayer.
Result?
Note this way you will loose any previous settings, which go back to default (so undoing any unintentional settings caused by "fumbling around".)

If that doesn't work I'm afraid I cannot really help you as I don't have the version that you're using installed on my PC (what comes closest is version 137).
By the way: why don't you download and install the most up-to-date FREE version of BS.Player ?
