skins go in the 'skins' folder of your BSPlayer...

skins go in the 'skins' folder of your BSPlayer directory. So if you installed BSPlayer into 'C:\My Documents\BSPlayer' you should place any skins in the 'C:\My Documents\BSPlayer\skins' directory....
