consider this - movie 720x576 4:3 aspect-ratio croped lets say to 720x320 ... and encoded it at 720x320....
what will give you bsplayer when you check 'aspect ratio -> 4:3' - some weird resolution...

use mpc as test player cause it has lots of built in codecs so u can check is it file or...

matroskasplitter_20040111-2 (from gabest) crahses BSPlayer 1.00 build 805 on my PC (WinME). Any solution? Older spliter maybe ....
