subtitles are not letters
I have a big problem and I dont know how to solve it so I am hoping you can help me :S
So the problem is this:the subtitles I have for the movies on the laptop are not with letters but with some strange signes.I have the same version of the program on my PC and they are working just fine.
Can you tell me what is the problem and how to fix it so I can use the program. And I dont have any other program that is opening the movies [I didnt download any cause i prefer bsplayer]...
You fail to mention version and build of BS.Player!
Anyhow, perhaps verify settings under
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Subtitles [Primary subtitles]
There click on [Font]-button.
Is an appropriate fonttype selected for Cyrillic characters?
Perhaps most importantly what is selected under "Script" (bottom-right)?
(Maybe do the same for [Secondary subtitles])
Help2Help (click) BSplayer: simply the best & most versatile (Build 1072 Dutch language here!)
When posting always mention your computer's OS and the version and build number(!) of BS.Player as used by you,
as well as - if applicable and especially when encountering problems - the type(s) of the file(s) mentioned in your post.
Private messages/Visitor messages are NOT for seeking personal help with respect to BS.Player! Instead use the forums!
