BS.Player version and build number? Type of movie-file? Type of subs? I suppose you already have (downloaded) the sub-files in the languages you want? With a movie file loaded: [1] (rightclick >) Subtitles > Primary ...... select subs-file ... etc [2] (rightclick >) Subtitles > Secondary ... select subs-file ... etc Or are you using on-line subs?  (Did you set "Default subtitle languages" under rightclick > Options > Preferences > Subtitles [Subtitle properties] ?)
