There was a time delay between the announcement in this forum and the time that the new version was actually available for download. So I would suggest to first give it another try after which let us know what happened.

If your "situation" remains the same, then indeed you need to renew your subscription (at the reduced "Price of UPGRADE version": Pro / Pro-lite).
