 Do I need to pay again for BSplayer update? Do I need to pay for another year of BSplayer downloads or something? I know my 12 month subscription ended in June but I thought you could still download miner upgrades?          |

There was a time delay between the announcement in this forum and the time that the new version was actually available for download. So I would suggest to first give it another try after which let us know what happened.  If your "situation" remains the same, then indeed you need to renew your subscription (at the reduced "Price of UPGRADE version": Pro / Pro-lite). Maybe read this.

Also you might check your User Area, you can check until when is your license active, just click on the button License information, and here you can also request that your license be resent to you (in case you lost old license).
