If BS.Player is using ffdshow as its filter you can (with a file loaded!) find it under
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced
then click on the [+] in front of "ffdshow Video Decoder"
and then on "ffdshow" after which you can select "Resize & aspect"
