Default Problem with title when playing a film

When I play any film the Title of a movie goes from (original ) ruby-thetortured to RUBI-T~1.AVI. How can I get full name of a film in the title? I attached picture for better understainding.

BS.Player's control panel (=main window) is displaying MS-DOS filename.
What is your OS? Regional settings? What carrier is file stored on?
If you update to latest version, still same problem?

When posting always mention your computer's OS and the version and build number(!) of BS.Player as used by you,
as well as - if applicable and especially when encountering problems - the type(s) of the file(s) mentioned in your post.
