Do I need to pay again for BSplayer update?

I see that BSplayer 2.30.968 was released but when I logged in it only has version 2.28.964 to download.

Do I need to pay for another year of BSplayer downloads or something?

I know my 12 month subscription ended in June but I thought you could still download miner upgrades?
